On the weekend I went to my nan's house. 

                                                                         EVENT.1

My cousins and I went to the pigpen to chase the 7 pigs we were having. Fun chasing the pigs and we were going in a maze because the pigpen was rebuilt into a maze and the dumb part was we weren't allowed to chase the big girl pig because she was pregnant and then that was it we were finished chasing the pigs. And Chasing the pigs felt cool

                                                                        EVENT.2

I and my cousins went to chase the 3 dogs and we had fun, then one of my cousins got caught Red handed running around with the dog food and then my cousin nearly got bitten on the leg by the dog then a few minutes later, she got told to get inside because she was teasing the dog with the dog food and she got caught red

Reflection. And that day was the best day of my life because I did not have to feed the animals when I got home, then I got home and went to sleep.

this is my explanation of how to make a toanga puoro

 intro

What is a puoro?it is a traditional musical instrument made out of                                    

Clay and they are used,and still use it for messages to send to people and to calm people down.When i use my instrument I am reminded of Psalm 87:7 Then those who sing as well as those who play the flute shall say, All my springs of joy are in You.

                  

In my writing, I learned to do paragraphs.

 how to make puoro

Firstly we got some air dry clay and then we put it into our hands. and halved it into an even amount then we rolled it into 2 even balls. And threw it into my two hands. Then we imprinted our finger and made a hole and squeezed it with our fingers. Then I rotated my thumb and pinched the clay with my index finger.

                                 Making music.

Secondly, we etched it on the top of the uku tangi, and then we put it together and smudged the line together and then I imprinted my finger again and smoothened the top of the uku tangi tang.

                                 Summary

Making uku tangi was fun and enjoying the texture 

And the clay felt nice

This is an unedited snapshot of my writing. We were asked to write a recount about moment in time with friends. Dated March 2021   

2021 camp

             On tuesday 2nd march me and my class went to the holiday park in waitangi.when we got there i                           unpacked my stuff out of the bus and then i put my stuff under the shelta then went to go and help lenor set up the tent then we got the tent up before it started raining then we had hello karakia then we had some lunch and then the rain stopped.then i put my stuff in the tent then lenor put her stuff in the tent then like 2 or 4 hours later we had dinner like 9:00.then after dinner we all had to go to bed me and lenor went to bed like late as.then the next day we had breakfast first then we went to hop in the water but when i did get in it was really warm then i felt like i was in a lukewarm spa tub and then it went cold when the rain started pouring down in the water then 5 minutes later it went back to warm  because of the rain and then we went back to camp
